4. Stand 10 feet (3 meters) from the sign
   (The test distance can vary by 10% - that is test at 9 or 11 feet)
   
   
5. Test vision differences in one eye at a time and with both eyes
   
   
6. Ask yourself the following questions and note your responses

1 - With one eye open Can you read in the red? Can you read in the green? Can you read in the yellow?

2 - With both eyes open Can you read in the red? Can you read in the green? Can you read in the yellow?
